JOB TITLE: School Nurse - Substitute
TYPE OF POSITION: Substitute
REPORTS TO: Building Principal, Corporation Registered Nurse, Superintendent

POSITION PURPOSE: To provide the fullest possible educational opportunity for each corporation student by minimizing absence due to illness and creating a climate of health and well-being in the school.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties assigned by the Principal or Superintendent
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Certified Medical Assistant or LPN or RN licensed in the state of Indiana.
- At least two (2) years experience working in a hospital and/or physician’s office as a Certified Medical Assistant or LPN or RN.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. as needed.
